Paul H. LaValle is a 1986 Graduate of the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas on May 8, 1987. During his career, he served as a Presiding Judge for over 12 years, retired from the military reserve in the grade of Colonel and is an Honorably Retired Texas Peace Officer. He is a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College. His trial experience is multi-faceted. His civil, product liability, personal injury cases and international law caseload has resulted in settlements and verdicts all the way up to eight figures. He has litigated over two hundred claims against Ford/Firestone for rollover accidents. In his criminal practice, he has worked on everything from traffic tickets to capital murder and has taken on complex white collar and drug cartel cases. In family law he has worked on many high conflict and large asset cases involving corporate executives, high ranking military officer, political figures and even a case involving a rather high profile astronaut. Judge LaValle is a Charter Member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum and has an AVVO "Excellent" Rating. Judge LaValle is currently focusing on facilitating commoditied brokerage transactions to include oil, gas and other fuels, as well as personal protective equipment such as gloves, masks and SARS Covid-19 virus test kits. Judge LaValle is a single parent of one.
